My river has run dry.
I scream out in shattering silence.
I run through scenarios and scribble notes, numbers and nothing.
I work.
I try.
I do.
I think.
Dark waves crash over me and wash me in stinging, salty momentum.
My feet stay planted in the shifting sand as I sway to and fro without actually moving forward or backward.
The water rises deeper and deeper.
I'm not sure I remember how to swim.

Because you're a strong woman and mother, you'll find you have the ability to swim when the waters get high.

When you forget how to swim you have no option but to keep treading water for as long as you can muster strength and believe answers and help will come!
